How do i handle issues with my cousin who also lives with me?
I’m 23, he’s about to turn 20 next week. We have never really been that close of cousins, but we don’t hate each other either. He has been living with me for the most part from june 2008 until now. I had to ask him to leave june of last year and he begged to come back this past ThanksGiving. I allowed him to out of the kindness of my heart. For a while now, i have just disliked him for many reasons, but it’s 3 main things that stick out right now…He owes me like $1500, but doesn’t want to pay it back, but is buying a new Xbox 360 with alot of games, came from the mall with like 6 bags full of stuff, looking to buy a new bedroom set and a car, etc, then i feel he doesn’t apprecitate me much for all i’ve done for him over the years by letting him come live with me and getting him a good job making 400-600 per week, and now he is coming in between me and a friend. Everytime i have my friend over he takes over all the attention of my friend with the video games. They are both big on video games and i’m not so much. I don’t think it’s right that i have a friend over as my company and 80% of the time he’s here, he demands his attention and wants my friend to play video games with him.

We had a talk, but i still am not satisfied that he cares much or that anything will change from the talk. Now, I’m reluctant to have my friend over because of this situation, and it’s gonna be werid for all 3 of us now. I’m not trying to say my cousin couldn’t chill with us sometimes and play the geame, but now 80% or more of the time. What should i do about me and my cousin working things out and becoming tight as we should be, and what should i do about my friend coming over from now on?

why are good people always put down by immoral people?
Wow how can this world be turning into such a disgusting place? My first example is Walt Disney. He was a great man who only wanted to make people happy. Don’t give me any of that antisemitic crap because it is all just a bunch of rumors. He was a family man who believed in moral values. My second example is miley sirus. She is a decent christian girl who people have to pick on just because she is christian. They have to pick apart a child who is a good example to young girls until they look like horrible people. Don’t give me that pole dancing crap because she was just doing a show and it was an ice cream cart because of her song. She was using it to hold on. Those pictures were innocent, she wasn’t showing anything. I hate listening to people make fun of her just because she is an inspiration to young girls. Would you rather have them look up to Brittany Spears, or Lindsay Lohan? My other example is Kate Gosslin. Her husband was the one who was a selfish jerk who acted as though he didn’t care about anything. She always tried to do what is best for her family. The media picked them apart until their family actually fell apart. There are many out there but I think you get my point. Who else is sick of it?

Looking for a new Nikon lens?
My lens just broke so I am looking for a new one. but not quite sure what to get. I have been looking for a lens that that has at least a zoom of 35-80mm (the range can be more). Not an auto focus lens. and the f-stop can go to f2.8. I want to be able to change the f-stop to a higher number I just know I want it to be able to get to that. So any idea of specific lenses or places that I can search. thank you

You didn’t mention for what model of camera and that does make a difference so I’ll assume your camera is digital.

What do you mean your lens broke? How do you break a lens?

Okay – all lenses made for digital SLR cameras today are auto focus. All you do is turn the function off – the switch is on the lens. Also it’s going to more expensive (if that’s an issue) to get that lower f/stop. Most common lenses run about f/3.-something.

A good all around lens is an 18 or 28-200. It’s versatile because it’s wide at the bottom but has a pretty good reach. It will give you full control over f/stop and auto focus.

1. bring a couple hundred dollars, especially if you’re getting a hotel room, which are usually around $100/night. Bring extra money for food and stuff… and by "stuff" i mean merchandise and artwork. There is a dealer room where companies and artists are selling stuff like comics, games, tshirts, artwork, tails, ears, collars… and you WILL want to buy stuff!!
as for admission, you can pre-register for your badge up until a month before the con. you can do this online, through paypal, or print an order form and mail it in with the check or money order. You can pay at the door, but pre-registration is cheaper. Right now, a badge for anthrocon is $40 if you pay before feb 15th, but its $50 at the door!

3. If you have never been to a furcon, maybe getting a custom made suit isn’t a good idea just yet… those things range from $800-$1,500. You might want to attend a convention first and make sure this fandom is for you before spending that much money on a suit. Further more, you’re only 17. You may continue growing before you become a full adult and its best to get a suit when you’ve reached your growing peek (around 22-25). This way, you won’t outgrow your $1,000 suit in 2-3 years. You’ll realize that most fursuiters are middle aged adults.

4. There are usually no trolls or protests at furcons. However, we did have PETA show up at one of our conventions because they thought we were wearing real animal fur. They were laughed out of the hotel.
Trolls don’t show up because trolls are people who hide behind the safety of their computer to insult people. They don’t have the courage to bring their insults to peoples’ faces. So they usually stay at home and continue playing WOW.

Since reporting Wednesday night that Top Rank was planning a fight for disgraced former welterweight titlist Antonio Margarito and that it believes he will be licensed by the Texas commission, the reaction to the story from people inside the boxing industry has been swift and strong.

Several industry insiders called or e-mailed me on Thursday to vent their disgust at the notion after reading the story, and I can’t say I blame them. I was a little ill just reporting the facts, which are that Margacheato is likely to receive a license in Texas to fight Carson Jones on the undercard of the Manny Pacquiao-Joshua Clottey welterweight title fight at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington on March 13 (HBO PPV).

We all know the story by now, about how Margacheato and trainer Javier Capetillo had their licenses revoked in February ‘09 by the California State Athletic Commission a few weeks after it was discovered that before Margacheato fought (and got drilled by) Shane Mosley that his gloves had been loaded with illegal pads coated with a plaster-like substance.

Few buy Margacheato’s plea of ignorance, and many question the legitimacy of his other victories, including his knockout win against Miguel Cotto in the fight before he faced Mosley. Boxing fans around the world were disgusted by the blatant attempt to cheat and the thought of the potential damage he could have done to Mosley in an unfair fight.

If you want to see what happens in that kind of situation, just watch the recent HBO documentary "Assault in the Ring" (just out on DVD) which chronicles the story of the scandalous 1983 fight at Madison Square Garden in which junior middleweight Luis Resto and evil trainer Panama Lewis removed the padding from his gloves before Resto disfigured Billy Collins Jr. over 10 rounds.

Resto and Lewis were banned from boxing for life and served prison time, as they deserved. Margacheato, now that a year since the license revocation is just about up, will be eligible to be licensed by commissions around the country. However, Texas is considering giving Margacheato a license without him having to go before the California commission again to ask for one. It’s technically within the rules, but it will be a horrible decision if Texas gives the cheater a license.

It’s also a bit disturbing that Top Rank and its chairman, Bob Arum, would support it, especially since Arum promoted the Resto-Collins fight and knows as well as anyone what might have happened had Margacheato entered the ring with loaded gloves.

Main Events chief Kathy Duva described the possibility of Margacheato being licensed as "sooo wrong!" in an e-mail to me.

Even Jones’ manager, Bobby Dobbs, expressed mixed feelings.

"If my fighter wasn’t being given the opportunity of a lifetime and a huge payday, I am not sure if I would think he should fight either," he wrote me.

The most scathing e-mail came from promoter Jeff Wald from "The Contender."

"Of all the many disgusting things I have seen in boxing, this ranks near the worst," Wald wrote to me. "There is no way he didn’t know what was in his gloves. I can’t believe Arum would support this guy and have him fight after he was responsible for almost destroying Cotto, who is also handled by Arum.

Fourth Angel, The (2001) IMDB rating: 5.40 Plot: Jack Elgin is the European editor of The Economist, which is based in London, England. Jack has a wife named Maria and three kids named Joanne, Julia, and Andrew. Jack subtly changes the family vacation from a lazy week of Mediterranean fun and sun in Corfu, Greece, to a tour of India, because of a story he has to cover. Maria is not as impressed by this as the kids are. Jack himself envisioned a chance to simultaneously work an easy reporting assignment and spend a little quality time with his family. But on the way to India, the airplane, a 747 owned by AM Air, an American airline, makes an unscheduled stopover in Limassol Cyprus, because of a mechanical problem. After a while of waiting inside the Limassol airport, everyone gets back on the plane — which is then hijacked by a group of terrorists known as the August 15th Movement, led by a Serbian man named Ivanic Loyvek and his right-hand man Karadan Maldic. And they are demanding $50,000,000 from the US State Department in one hour, or everyone on the airplane will die. The demand is met, and Loyvek and Maldic start releasing the women and children, with the men to go last. But as soon as a front passenger door is opened, a local police team gunning for the terrorists opens fire. The flight attendants frantically open the rest of the airplane’s doors and start getting passengers out, but the terrorists start killing passengers, leading to an explosion. Maria, Joanne, and Julia get out of the airplane, and then Jack, holding Andrew, gets out — only to watch Maria, Joanne, and Julia get shot by the terrorists. Jack tries to hide Andrew’s face so he can’t see it. Maria and Joanne are dead, and Julia is still alive — but Julia burns to death while crying for help. Jack and Andrew survive. The hijacking would never have ended this way if the police team had waited until after the passengers were released from the airplane before getting trigger happy. Back in London, an absolutely devastated Jack is told that the terrorists were captured, but they were released and deported secretly, with no charges and no arrest, the result of some awfully compromised politics. Jack is understandably enraged that Loyvek and Maldic got off scot-free. While helping Andrew cope, Jack tries all the legal ways to ensure justice for his family, but to no avail. Jack even pays a visit to Henry Davidson, a CIA agent who works at the American Embassy in London. Davidson tells Jack that there’s little that can be done. Obviously, the American and British governments are completely impotent when it comes to going after Loyvek and Maldic, so Jack has absolutely no choice in the matter. He must do it himself. With the help of his ex-intelligence operative friend Kate Stockton, who is well-schooled in the finer points of international intelligence, Jack becomes a one-man anti-terrorist squadron, searching for Loyvek and Maldich. Dogging Jack’s trail is FBI agent Jules Bernard, who’s cooperating with Scotland Yard on anti-terrorist activities, and who suspects that Jack is the man who has been killing anyone involved in the hijacking. But as it turns out, Jules is on Jack’s side, and he’s willing to help Jack make those responsible pay for the deaths of his family and the other people who died in Cyprus.

I don't know what to do…?
I’ve been married for almost a year now to my husband, who I love so very much. We fight constantly, even going onto Yahoo Answers and trying to answer someones question can spark a fight then it leads back to a Huge fight we had in the summer time… He was helping his crazy sister move in the summer, and she had a girl friend with a two year old girl of hers come over to meet my Husband, and she was there the whole time he was helping his sister move(his sister wanted them to be set up) We where looking for jobs and struggling like we are now, and we where going back and fourth about that then I heard her and her baby in the back ground, and him saying she was cute… Then we started fighting about that issue, and so, I meet up with him at his sisters… Her friend had left already… And then one hour later we are fighting again… Then he got out of my car slammed my door and makes me feel like crap… Then I drove off he’s trying to chase my car, and I go another man(I didn’t cheat with this guy, no sex or sexual touching) I cried almost all night…. I loved and love my husband so so much…. So, in the mourning I texted him to meet me up for some IHOP, and talk… On my way there, on the express way my tire blew out and I almost got hit by a semi truck… I called my husband because, I knew he still loves me and I still love him, crying to him after the shock of almost being badly hurt or worse… He comes and helps out, and we get back home. How come the UAW Union who made the gas pedals for the Toyotas are not being investigated?
ELKHART — CTS Corp. sought to distance itself Thursday from the Toyota recall by continually emphasizing the pedal modules in question were built to the automaker’s specifications.

Vinod Khilnani, chairman and chief executive officer of CTS, said the Elkhart company’s pedals are involved in the January recall, which was sparked by a "rare set of conditions" that may cause the accelerator to become harder to depress, slower to return the idle position and "in some absolutely rare situations," may get stuck.

"Our product has consistently met Toyota’s specifications and we have no knowledge of an accident or injury due to this rare phenomenon," Khilnani said during a conference call with investors.
